Shawn Henderson, P.E. is a former U.S. Navy diver and underwater welder with over 30 years of diving experience, backed by training and decades of commercial diving experience before ever putting a stamp on a set of drawings. He has seen what happens when shortcuts are taken, when assumptions replace experience, and when accountability disappears below the surface. Some of those moments carried real consequences. That reality shaped everything about this firm.
