Peaquod Associates Limited, a London-based adjusting, subrogation and legal services group, retained Henderson & Associates in 2022 to complete damage assessment drawings and engineering recommendations for a 60ft sportfishing yacht and an aluminum-hulled 90ft yacht which were significantly damaged during ocean transport off the Western coast of Costa Rica. H&A’s rapid, expert response and their precision engineering approach provided the clients with bulletproof, objective evidence of the damage’s root cause, and significantly advanced the legal team’s claims process.
